How do I return my purchase?

To return your item(s), follow the steps below:

1. Sign In to your account. Guests can click here to initiate their return and print the USPS Return label.

2. Click on My Account. Then select Order History from the left side of thepage.

3. Scroll down to locate the order which contains the item(s) you wish to return.Hit the red arrow next to the correct order to initiate your return.  Select the items you wish toreturn.

4. Printout the provided USPS Return Label and tape it to the outside of your Sophie& Trey return.*

5.  Mail it off; we'll do the rest!

*When returning items with our USPS Return Label, a $7 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund credit.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Sophieandtrey.com is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

 

How long do I have to make a return?

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.


Where do I send my return?

Please initiate the online return process. Once completed, you will be provided with a USPS Return Label with our mailing address. You can also send your return through an insured traceable carrier to the same address.

A return form should be included in your package on the back of your invoice or you can download it here

The Return Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.sophieandtrey.com.

 

FINAL SALES:  Items marked as Clearance or Sale are final.  Final Sale items cannot be returned.

 

For all the other items, to be eligible for a refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and must be accompanied by a completed return form.  Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.  Do NOT use the box as a shipping box.  Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non refundable.  Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection.

 

Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.
